Trump playing positive role on resolving Kashmir issue, says Fawad Chaudhry

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Science and Technology, Chaudhry Fawad Hussain on Monday said the United States President Donald Trump was playing a critical job in settling the longstanding Kashmir issue among Pakistan and India through arrangements, as it was an atomic "flashpoint".

Talking with a private news channel, he said the world community was considering Kashmir as a disputed territory which could start nuclear war between the two neighboring states.

"If a war starts between the two neighboring atomic powers in South Asia, it will affect the whole world," he included.

Fawad said Pakistan needed to determine every single remarkable issue, including Kashmir, with India through dialogue.

Then again, India had revoked articles 370 and 35A to change exceptional status of Kashmir and curfew was forced in the involved valley, he included.
