NAB request against Maryam Nawaz dismissed

ISLAMABAD: The accountability court on Friday dismissed NAB's request against Maryam Nawaz Sharif for submitting bogus trust deed in Avenfield properties case.

As indicated by News, the court rejected the National Accountability Bureau's plea stating that it was not permissible.

The PML-N leader had likewise showed up under the steady gaze of the court.

NAB investigator Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi had contended that despite the fact that Maryam Nawaz was granted sentence in Avenfield reference, she should confront preliminary for presenting the sham trust deed.

Amjad Pervez, a guidance for Maryam Nawaz, supplicated the court to dismiss the NAB's request since the counter unite body reserved no privilege to record such an application.

He said the court couldn't hear the plea after a judgment has been challenge.
