Irfan Siddiqui granted bail, likely to be release today from jail


Islamabad: A nearby officer on Sunday approved bail of senior editorialist and counsel to previous head administrator Nawaz Sharif multi day after he was sent on 14-day legal remand. 

Irfan Siddiqui was captured Friday night under Section 188 PPC from his home at G-10/3 on the claims of violating the Tenancy Act. 

The handcuffed Irfan Siddiqui was created under the steady gaze of the court of Assistant Commissioner Ramna Subdivision Ms Mehnaz Baluch in severe security situated in ETO office H-9 at about 11.30am with a gathering of legal advisors. 

The advice for Irfan Siddiqui gave narrative confirmations that Irfan Siddiqui has nothing to do with the case. They asserted that neither Irfan Siddiqui possesses the house which was leased, nor he consented to the arrangement between the proprietor and inhabitant. 

The insight told the court that the child of Irfan Siddiqui was the proprietor of the house and he consented to the arrangement with inhabitant Javaid Iqbal. Be that as it may, the court would not acknowledge any request for the charged. 

As per Geo News, Noman Siddiqui, the child of Irfan Siddiqui, has been educated about the endorsement of his dad's bail. 

The TV channel reported that Siddiqui is expected to be released today.
