Clergyman of State for Overseas Pakistanis Syed Zulfiqar Abbas Bukhari has met US President Donald Trump's girl and guide Ivanka Trump and her significant other Jared Kushner, the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development reported on Saturday.
As per the service's authentic Twitter record, Bukhari and Ivanka conceded to expanding collaboration among Pakistan and the US on different fronts.
Ivanka demonstrated enthusiasm for working in the area of ladies' advancement and communicated the craving for beginning tasks in such manner in Pakistan, the service said.
Bukhari said that he was thankful for Ivanka's enthusiasm for engaging Pakistani ladies. "We will create opportunities for human development through Pak-US cooperation," he was cited as saying.
"Pak-US relations are moving in the right direction and together we will work towards empowering our men and women," the executive's counselor included.
Different projects for arrangement of occupations, professional preparing and innovative chances to youthful Pakistanis, and financial improvement were talked about during the gathering.
It wasn't quickly clear regarding when the gathering between the two consultants occurred. Bukhari had went with Prime Minister Imran Khan during his lady visit to Washington prior this week.
The visit was viewed as a way to revive Pakistan-US relations. Taking to Twitter after the visit, the chief had acknowledged Trump for "his understanding of Pakistan's point of view", "his wonderful way of putting our entire delegation at ease" and for indicating him around the White House.
