Meesha Shafi considers on Pepsi Battle of the Bands

With the new season of Pepsi Battle of the Bands having hit airwaves with the audition episode being debut one, program co-judge, Meesha Shafi, considered the show's past members and champs.

Addressing Instep, she noted, "I'm watching Kashmir, Bayaan however I feel like some sort of force should be picked up for them. Xarb, I truly cherished too and I trust they continue delivering stuff."

Pondering what the show is about inside and out, Meesha Shafi noted, "In light of the fact that it is skirmish of the groups, a ton of the time we'll see a skilled vocalist and they'll have an unremarkable band behind them and they don't make it. Furthermore, once in a while we see a decent band and a feeble vocalist – they don't make it either. In this way, the main basis is we're searching for a band, which is finished, where everyone supplements one another and functions as a unit and fills in the space they have a place with and have order over their instruments and their job."

Meesha Shafi proceeded,
"The other thing is songwriting. During tryouts, we tune in to unique and spread [songs]. In this way, we take a gander at songwriting just as how you decipher or re-work something; on the off chance that you are in the mood for covering some melody, how might you handle something to that effect, just to get an extra thought regarding their music and their reasonableness and their methodology."
Among spreads previously, Meesha Shafi uncovered that both Kashmir's broadly hailed front of 'Mera Pyar', initially by Aamir Zaki and Xarb's front of 'Tashnagi', initially by The Sabri Brothers are two of her top picks. "'Tashnagi' overwhelmed me. I haven't felt that staying here; there was something enchanted and broody and puzzling and inebriating about it."
